Clark New CEO, GroupM's Maxus

GroupM executive Kelly Clark, who currently heads GroupM Europe, Middle East and Africa, has been named worldwide CEO of the holding company's Maxus agency network. Maxus is one of four global WPP media agency networks. Prior to his current GroupM role, Clark was the CEO of Mindshare's U.K. operation. Currently based in London, Clark will relocate to New York and report to GroupM Worldwide CEO Irwin Gotlieb.
