JIM LECINSKI has joined Tribal DDB Worldwide as General Manager of the Chicago office. Lecinski succeeds GINNY VAN BERKUM who has been promoted to a corporate role, leading business development and planning efforts for Tribal DDB North America. Lecinski's most recent post was Managing Director of marchFIRST's Brand Building operation.

SIMONE SCHOEVAARS has been re-appointed to Direct Media, Inc.'s staff as Brokerage Account Executive in their Walnut Creek, California branch office. Simone helped open Direct Media's California office, starting her direct marketing career here in November 1987.

CRAIG T. MARR has been appointed Director, Relationship Marketing Solutions of B2Bworks, provider of online B2B marketing and media services. Marr most recently served as VP and General Manager of the company's Chicago location.

ANDREW ROBERTSON has been named President and Chief Executive at BBDO North America, a unit of Omnicom Group Inc. Robertson joins BBDO from Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO in London, where he served as Chief Executive. Also at BBDO North America, TED SANN, currently Chief Creative Officer of BBDO New York, will take on the new role of Vice Chairman, Chief Creative Officer. In addition to being President of BBDO New York, BILL KATZ wilnow become sole Chief Executive Officer, the job he previously shared with Sann.

JIM MCNAMARA and JESSICA PANTANINI are the recipients of HispanicAd.com's media awards. The 2000 Media Executive of the Year award went to McNamara, CEO of Telemundo Network. Pantanini, media director of Bromley Communications, received the 2000 Media Planning Executive of the Year award.

ERIC LARSEN, Netcentives' President will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. WEST SHELL III will remain as Chairman of the Board.

MARK DRUCKER has been hired as the Advertising Director for Boston Magazine's new quarterly publication Concierge: The Ultimate Guide To The Best Around Town. He most recently served as Publisher for Garden Design.

ROB FIGA has been appointed to the Outdoor Advertising Speakers Bureau. He is currently serving as Sr. VP and Managing Director of the Wilkins Media Company.
