Seventy-seven percent of consumers will shop online for the holidays, according to a new survey by eSupportNow. Moreover, year-round shopping trends uncovered in the same survey show what they'll buy
and how much they'll spend. The top three online consumer purchases are books, music, and videos (59%); computer software (4%); and clothing (36%), and 57% of those surveyed will spend over $50.00 per
session.
