24/7 Media has teamed with R. H. Donnelley's Internet subsidiary, Get Digital Smart, to establish a partnership that provides local businesses affordable access to online marketing services and geo-targeting technology in the marketplace.

Get Digital Smart now offers targeted, global online advertising and email marketing to the local business community and 24/7 Media gives customers of Get Digital Smart the ability to access web users and email newsletter subscribers in targeted geographic regions such as Europe, Canada, and Latin America.

The alliance plans to be able to pinpoint placement of banner ads and business messages by cross-referencing data such as postal codes with customer demographics and self-reported profiles.
