Time Puts 'SILatino' On Hiatus

Say adios to SILatino Sports Illustrated Spanish-language spinoff--at least for now. Time Inc. is putting the mag on hold after the December issue, reports Mediaweek. The pub began in 2005 and had a controlled circulation of 500,000. According to a company rep, the failing auto industry is to blame. This is the second Time Inc. title to get bad news. Cottage Living was just shuttered.
