PHD Worldwide has named Scott Hagedorn, CEO of PHD USA, effective Jan. 1. Previously, Hagedorn was the managing director of the Eastern region for sibling company OMD USA. He will be based in New York
and report to Mike Cooper, CEO of PHD Worldwide, and be overseen by Page Thompson, CEO of Omnicom Media Group North America. Prior to joining OMD in 2006, Hagedorn was the Chief Interactive Officer
for Omnicom direct-marketing firm Rapp Worldwide.
