Hispanic Television Network, Inc., in accordance with its recently signed long-term distribution contract with Time Warner Cable, will begin airing today, June 4, 2001 in Houston, Texas' largest city.
The Houston launch enables the network dedicated to the United State's 35 million Hispanics to potentially reach over 600,000 subscribers through the new "Canales Latinos" Hispanic Tier that are part
of the Houston Time Warner System. Programming will include news, entertainment and sports from the recently announced programming arrangement with CNI Canal 40 directly out of Mexico City in addition
to HTVN productions.
