DoubleClick Studio Free To DoubleClick Rich Media Users

  • May 1, 2009
DoubleClick Thursday released DoubleClick Studio, a rich media production and development tool. It combines Flash and application programming interfaces (APIs) to let agencies create ads and speed turnaround times to better manage the development process, from concept to implementation.

Google has made the app free to creative agencies in the U.S. and Europe that build DoubleClick Rich Media campaigns. DoubleClick said new features also improve integration between DoubleClick Studio and DART platforms, as well as account structure and user role management.

Rich media ads give consumers options such as click-to-call a friend, play a video game, watch a video, and make purchases. For advertisers, the ads provide an expanded creative canvas in the ad.--Laurie Sullivan
