Polaris Adds On-Road Division

Polaris Industries Inc., Medina, Minn.-based maker of snowmobiles, ATVs and motorcycles, has created a new on-road vehicle division to expand its presence in the two-wheeled market.
CEO Scott Wine said the Victory Motorcycle brand will be a major focus. "This new division will support our efforts to be the 'Best in Powersports' and continue building on our strong on-road brands and global market leadership in this critical space."
As part of the new area, Mark Blackwell, who oversees Victory Motorcycles, will now be VP Motorcycles.
Mike Jonikas, currently vice president, sales & corporate marketing, has been appointed to the newly created role of Vice President of the On-Road Vehicle Division.
Steve Menneto has been promoted to the position of General Manager of Victory Motorcycles, and Judy Kulsrud has been appointed to the position of Director of North American Sales.--Karl Greenberg
