Land O'Lakes Plans Loyalty Club Revamp

Land O'Lakes has retained New York-based TouchStorm, a digital content marketing and media company, to refresh and enhance its online loyalty club.

The goal is to revamp the Simple Rewards Club program to attract new members, encourage word-of-mouth pass-a-longs and increase member loyalty.

The refreshed online loyalty club, slated to go live this summer, will provide its members with new and useful ways to access recipes, downloadable coupons and other valuable offers giving them reasons to visit the site often. --Tanya Irwin
