With more and more brands entering the Twitterverse, Buddy Media has launched a new tool designed to help companies harness the microblogging service as a marketing vehicle. The company’s new Twitter Management System offers a range of analytics and other features to tackle Twitter.
These include identifying and tracking Twitter trends and conversations around their own and competitors’ brands, measuring the volume and frequency of clicks on their Twitter links and creating Twitter profiles encompassing “brand families.”
