Dunkin' Expands Egg-White Sandwich Options

  • January 6, 2010
Dunkin' Donuts is now offering customers the ability to customize any breakfast sandwich or Wake-up Wrap by having it made with egg whites.

Up to now, the chain offered just two egg-white flatbread sandwiches as part of its DDSmart menu, which features items with 25% fewer calories or 25% less sugar, fat, saturated fat or sodium than comparable fare.

In addition, Dunkin' has added a new low-fat cranberry orange muffin to the DDSmart menu.

Current special offers in some markets include an egg-and-cheese sandwich for 99 cents with the purchase of a medium hot coffee or beverage, and a "Snow Flurries" decorated donut for 89 cents.--Karlene Lukovitz
