Dentsu Acquires Innovation Interactive, Names Scott Daly Digital, Media Chief
The companies said the Innovation Interactive units will continue to operate under the leadership of co-CEOs Will Margiloff and Bryan Wiener, who will report to Tim Andree, who in a separate move, was named president-CEO of Dentsu Holdings USA, and an Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc.
Dentsu late Monday announced a restructuring of Dentsu Holdings USA, promoting Andree from CEO and also naming chairman of Dentsu America. As part of the reorganization, Scott Daly was named chief of media of Dentsu America, responsible for digital and media operations across Europe and the Americas. He had been executive vice president-media director of Dentsu America.

Wow. This is exciting--I think.
Innovation has done a tremendous job of building a solid business from trusting clients (from what I can tell).
Dentsu and Scott will be hard pressed to take its previously bolt-on digital unit and really integrate the different cultures at the InInt companies.
In LA we've seen some massive flame-outs of digital agencies purchased by traditional agencies.
