More than 100 million of Facebook's officially announced 400 million members worldwide connect to the social network through one of its mobile products. Tseng appears to be joining the company just prior to its rollout of a location-based service that could accelerate Facebook's mobile growth.
Before joining Google, Tseng had previously held management positions at Microsoft and Yahoo.
