Fox Serves Up More 'Master Chef'

Fox has picked up a second season of "MasterChef," the standout reality show of the summer. The series, about amateur chefs competing under the watchful eye of Gordon Ramsay, is the first clear-cut success story for summer reality TV since "Wipeout."

It is unclear whether Fox will wait until next summer to broadcast the second season of the series. Last week, NBC ordered a sixth season of its summer staple, "America's Got Talent." And CBS, according to Joe Adalian of New York magazine, has renewed "Big Brother" for a 13th season, albeit without an official announcement yet.
