Not to be outdone in the race for 4G, Sprint is hitting the airwaves with an ad for its latest 4G smartphone entry, the HTC EVO Shift, which is a smaller version of its HTV EVO 4G.

Through television, print and online advertising, the ads use Sprint's familiar white landscape and animated Android robot that have become a fixture of the company's 4G campaign. Copy in the campaign includes the line, "EVO has an Alter-EVO," and "4G Meets Android in a smaller package."
