The Festival of Media has changed its identity - and venue - once again. The event, which original began several years ago as the Venice Festival in Venice, Italy, was moved to Valencia, Spain and
became known as the Valencia Festival, though its official title was the Festival of Media. It is now relocating to Montreux, Switzerland, and will be called the Festival of Global Media. This year's
event will take place May 8 to 10. The festival, which focuses on the issues confronting major global and multinational media services agencies and their clients, has also spun off a regional
conference in Latin America known as the Festival of Media LatAm, which was held in October.
