BlackArrow Names Gilbert VP, Service Solutions

BlackArrow, a provider of advanced advertising solutions for TV platforms, named Laurel Gilbert as vice president, service provider solutions. Before joining BlackArrow, Gilbert served in an executive consultancy as director of business development for Sigma Systems of Canada's advanced advertising solutions. Prior to Sigma, she was business development and strategy analyst for Microsoft Advertising's Emerging Media Group.
