No, this isn't a joke. Butcher shops down under are getting makeovers to seem like high-end fashion boutiques in an Australian campaign called Lamboutique, by Meat & Livestock Australia. The effort has butcher shops in the nation touting the meat with such refurbishing as Louis Vuitton-inspired finishes, timed with the spring racing season.
