ExactTarget Files For IPO, Not Exactly Sure What The Target Is
Indianapolis-based email marketing giant ExactTarget has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering. The number of shares being offered and their price range have not been determined, but a copy of ExactTarget’s S1 filing with the SEC can be found here.
