Meredith Acquires Allrecipes.com From RDA For $175 Million

Fresh on the heels of its acquisition of Family Fun magazine and digital properties, Meredith just announced the acquisition of Allrecipes.com from Reader's Digest Association in a deal valued at $175 million.
