Correction: Starbucks Did Make Loyalty List

The Feb. 6 article, “Brand Experience, Values Increasingly Drive Loyalty,” inaccurately stated that Starbucks did not make Brand Keys’ loyalty rankings in the packaged coffee category. In fact, Starbucks was tied with Dunkin’ Donuts for #1 in this category. We regret the error, which has now been corrected and noted in the post.
