Gap Names H&M Exec As Old Navy Brand President

Gap Inc. says it’s hired Stefan Larsson to fill the new post of global brand president for its Old Navy division, beginning in October. Larsson, a 15-year H&M veteran, was most recently head of global sales for the fast-fashion retailer, with responsibility for about 2,300 H&M stores worldwide. The announcement comes as Gap prepares to open its first Old Navy store outside North America, in Japan, in July.
