Simulmedia, a targeted television advertising company, has extended its partnership with TiVo. Simulmedia will use TiVo's anonymous, aggregated set-top-box data to enhance Simulmedia's client base beyond tune-in/promotional advertisers. The goal is to "drive cost-effective reach across all advertiser categories.” In the last year, Simulmedia has run more than 250 campaigns for 11 different media agencies.
