The reason: Tuesday’s keynote was delivered by Bob Garfield, who dumped on the lack of love for some pretty big brands, Including GE, the parent of this morning’s opening keynoter, GE Healthcare Global Digital Marketing Leader Rob Rinderle.

“We’re not necessarily the most beloved brand,” Rinderle conceded, adding, “We are a top 10 global brand.”

Rinderle conceded that GE has its “share of detractors,” and added that it was important “reconnecting” from Garfield’s keynote to his, especially over the “human element” that Garfield championed yesterday.
