Paul Smailes, previously senior brand director for Dos Equis and Sol at Heineken USA, has been promoted to digital manager for Heineken Global.
Smailes will develop Heineken's global digital strategy. He will report to Heinken global brand director Cyril Charzat.
Nipa Parekh will join Heineken USA as senior brand director for Dos Equis, replacing Smailes. He was previously global makreting director for Kraft Foods' gum business.
