Publicis’ ZenithOptimedia unit has restructured some key operations, naming Dave Penski CEO of Zenith U.S. and Rob Jayson Chief Data Officer of Zenith Optimedia Worldwide.

Penski had been president of Zenith and Jayson had been president of strategy for Zenith and ZenithOptimedia Worldwide.

In a related move, James Shoreland was also named executive vice president-corporate development for ZenithOptimedia North America from president of Publicis’ 4D unit.

All of them report to Tim Jones, CEO-Chairman of ZenithOptimedia North America.
