TheStreet.com Signs On With PointRoll
Mar 29, 2004, 12:00 AM
TheStreet.com, Inc. has partnered with PointRoll, joining its PointRoll Included(TM) network of online publishers. TheStreet.com is supporting its advertising partners with PointRoll rich media products to help them meet their desired results, increasing online ad spending.
As part of the PointRoll Included(TM) network, TheStreet.com can offer online advertisers PointRoll's user initiated rich media ads and support services at no additional charge. These PointRoll rich media ad units allow Internet users to simply "mouse-over" any ad to view additional advertiser content, eliminating the need to click and be disrupted from viewing the page with which they are engaged. PointRoll increases the effectiveness of ordinary banner ads because they expand the advertiser's real estate, allowing advertisers to present more messages and more details when a user initiates the action.
