Real-Time Offline With WideOrbit

Advertising management software company WideOrbit today announced a new app for iPad and Android that allows offline media -- specifically TV and radio -- to manage their advertising and traffic data in real-time. The app also allows for media to be sold in real-time via WO Traffic, the company's media management solution.
