RadioShack has hired Jennifer Warren as SVP/CMO, to lead all marketing for the Fort Worth, Tex.-based retailer, including brand strategy, advertising, corporate communications, social media, and customer experience.

She has held leadership roles at Razorfish, GSD&M and T-3, and worked on such brands as Samsung, Walmart, and TJ Maxx. It’s also hired Mike DeFazio, who had been with Walgreens, to head up new store concepts. It says it will begin introducing new concepts within the next several months.
