Yandex co-founder Ilya Segalovich passed away from Cancer Thursday. The company said while he responded well to treatment, Segalovich's health took a turn for the worst in the early morning.
Segalovich co-founded Yandex, Russia's No. 1 search engine, more than 20 years ago, serving as CTO and executive director since 2000. He also co-founded Maria's Children Art Rehabilitation Center for
orphans and children with special needs, according to company.
