Sooner or later TWC will have to pay the fine that makes it must carry CBS. CBS will be the loser here. Because if TWC takes over Aereo or FilmOn then CBS loses and every other FTA station also looses. With Google hanging in the wings to take the cable purses away its only Sharks circling in the waters.
