WPP Appoints GEer As New Board Director

WPP has appointed Charlene Begley, svp at the General Electric Co., to its board as a non-executive director. Begley has been with GE for 25 years including a recent stint as CEO and President of GE Home & Business Solutions. Her appointment is effective Dec. 1, and she will serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
