    Is it weird that this mostly made sense? Aside from a couple slightly flowery phrases, this is pretty far from the worst babble I've seen.

    Stephen: I think the point is that this bit of hyperbabble can be deciphered easily, but it puffs-up a simple concept into page-filling "overspeak."
