Will Ackerly, a former National Security Agency employee, has teamed up with his brother John to launch a new email security firm called Virtru. The company aims to solve issues surrounding email
encryption software and make it more user friendly. Virtru works within Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo without requiring an external client, which differentiates it from other services in the market.
