Ken Grossman, co founder of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. still runs the nation's biggest craft brewery, which makes about one million barrels of beer a year, and over $200 million in sales. Beside the big boys there are 2,700-plus breweries making higher end brews. and they are growing in numbers. and are 7% of the total U.S. market. Grossman says Sierra Nevada’s answer is stay true, innovate and partner with tiny competitors.
