Casale Media Adds 5 Execs To New York Office

Casale Media, a Toronto-based media marketplace, this week hired five new executives to work from its New York City office.

The company has named Anooj Pakvasa director of platform solutions; Blake Williams as director of publisher development; Will Doherty as senior director of business development; Zach Rosen as director of publisher development; and Tricia Douglas as manager of platform services.

Each joins Casale with impressive an background: Pakvasa (from VivaKi), Williams (Google), Doherty (Netmining), Rosen (Cox Digital Solutions), and Douglas (OpenX).

The company has made these hires to support growing demand for programmatic. Andrew Casale, vice president of strategy, noted that the “complexity of programmatic” is also growing.

All five will work under Casale Media’s Index Exchange arm. The Index Exchange is entirely publisher-focused, and A. Casale told RTM Daily that the focus of the hiring was on the publisher side.

“We are spending more time strategically consulting with our publishers, helping them embed programmatic into their organizations,” he said.

Casale would not reveal how many employees now work from its New York office, but adding five execs at once suggests the company is experiencing strong growth in the area.
