Avos Systems, the brainchild of YouTube founders Chad Hurley and Steve Chen, has given up on Delicious. It’s selling the social bookmarking service to Science Inc., a tech investment firm
run by former MySpace CEO Michael Jones. “The deal is effectively a bet by Mr. Jones that he can reinvigorate a company that has seemed like a perpetual fixer-upper,” The New York Times
