[x+1] on Thursday announced it has appointed Jack Serpa as VP of new business initiatives, a new position at the company. Serpa was formerly EVP of sales and marketing at Engage121, a social media management application. 

"[x+1] is adding senior leadership to meet strong demand for international expansion and data management platform enterprise sales,” stated David Skinner, SVP of corporate and businesses development at [x+1].
