Demand-side platform (DSP) MediaMath on Thursday announced the appointment of Ross McNab as managing director, North America. The company also announced the appointment of Jake Engwerda as vice president of sales, North America.

McNab was most recently co-founder and chief revenue officer at Kinected, an Australian partner of MediaMath’s. Prior to Kinected, he worked in New York and oversaw global agency group relationships for MediaMind (now Sizmek) and helped grow their programmatic business, per a release.

Engwerda was most recently head of North America, APAC and global accounts sales at myThings, a data-driven advertising company.

Engwerda will report to McNab, who will report to Erich Wasserman, MediaMath’s global chief revenue officer.
