Sovrn Holdings, formerly the programmatic selling arm of Federated Media, on Tuesday announced that Tim Miller, CEO and chairman of Rally Software, has joined its board of directors.

Miller joins John Battelle, executive chairman of sovrn, Fred Harman, managing partner of Oak Investment Partners, Walter Knapp, CEO of sovrn, Seth Levine, managing director of Foundry Group, and Greg Martin, founder and managing director of Archer Venture Capital, on the sovrn board of directors.
