Sell-side platform (SSP) PubMatic on Thursday announced the appointment of Rachel Bergman as vice president of customer success, a new position at the company. She will oversee the company’s account management platform solutions and client operations internationally.

Bergman joins PubMatic from Persado, where she served as SVP of customer success. She also held leadership positions at Experian and Alchemy Social, an Experian subsidiary.
