Julie Ginches, former CMO of ad tech firm Rubicon Project, has joined data management platform eXelate as CMO, the company announced Monday. She will oversee all global marketing functions at eXelate, per a release, and will report to CEO Mark Zagorski.

Prior to Rubicon, Ginches was an executive at DataXu. She has held positions at Jumptap, Fast and eplcon as well.
