Ad management firm Sizmek is expected Thursday to announce the appointment of Liz Ritzcovan as global chief revenue officer.

She joins Sizmek from Parade Media Group, where she served as CRO. Prior to Parade Media, Ritzcovan was VP of strategy and marketing solutions at Yahoo. She was also VP of corporate sales, digital at Time.

“It was important for us to recruit a global chief revenue officer that has extensive digital advertising industry background along with a proven track record of developing strong sales teams and great customer relationships with advertisers, agencies and publishers. Liz brings the ideal mix of media, technology, and strategic management leadership to our executive team," stated Neil Nguyen, CEO of Sizmek.

Ritzcovan is expected to join Sizmek on December 16, 2014. She will be based out of New York, per a release.
