Altitude Digital Names Downes First CFO

Supply-side platform (SSP) Altitude Digital on Friday announced the appointment of Bradley Downes as chief financial officer, a new position at the company.

Downes joins Altitude Digital from Groupon, where he held several finance roles, including VP of finance.

Altitude Digital claims to have finished 2014 with nearly 200% revenue growth, and Jeremy Ostermiller, CEO, told Real-Time Daily the company has surpassed a $100 million annual run rate.

With the growth we’ve seen over the past two years, we are doubling down to build and deliver the best video and mobile advertising technology and to solidify our position as one of the largest, independent video platforms,” Ostermiller said. “The addition of a CFO will help us sustain this growth."

The company declined to comment on whether or not the appointment of a CFO could be read into further — i.e. appointing a CFO as a precursor to a possible exist, either via IPO or sale.
