Gemstar TV Guide named
JEFF SHELL Chief Executive, replacing
Henry Yuen, who will continue as Chairman in a non-executive capacity. Yuen, under a new five-year employment agreement, was
named to lead a business unit formed to pursue international business development opportunities. Shell has been Gemstar's Chief Operating Officer since April.
