Angela Zepeda Named CEO at Quigley-Simpson

Ad shop Quigley-Simpson has appointed Angela Zepeda as its new CEO. Previously Zepeda was President and CMO for Lowe Campbell Ewald Los Angeles.

Zepeda will oversee all creative, planning, and media operations for Quigley-Simpson, which has offices in New York and Los Angeles. The shop has 150 employees and more than $500 million in annual billings. Founders CEO Gerald Bagg and COO Renee Hill Young will step into new roles as co-chairmen of the agency.

“We conducted a nationwide search to find someone with the right combination of leadership, management and creative experience who could lead our agency into its next decade of growth,” said Bagg. “Angela is a rising star in the industry who meets every one of these qualifications. We’re thrilled to have her at the helm.”

Zepeda spent the last ten years with Lowe Campbell Ewald, moving up through the ranks to spearhead the agency’s Los Angeles Office, where she oversaw $350 million in media revenues annually. There she lead the agency in organic and new business initiatives, securing partnerships with brands such as Ghirardelli Chocolates, Chicken of the Sea, LifeLock, PIMCO Financial, and Covered California among  others. She was also responsible for the award-winning Kaiser Permanente Thrive campaign, a fully integrated digital campaign now in its eleventh year.
