Christina Norman Named CEO At Water Cooler Group

Water Cooler Group has appointed Christina Norman to the newly created role of CEO. She starts this week. She effectively replaces Antony Young, who held the role of President of the group, and who is leaving the company to return to his native New Zealand.

Norman will oversee the group’s creative and business operations, which include media agency Media Storm as well as specialists in social media, digital, advanced analytics and creative.

Norman most recently served as head of her own company, Gemini Entertainment, providing consulting services to media companies and producing original content. Earlier she held senior roles at VH1, MTV and the Oprah Winfrey Network.

Craig Woerz, co-founder and Managing Partner at Water Cooler Group said Norman “is the world-class leader the company needs today, and really sets on fire our ability to provide brands with unparalleled access to media and media brands.”

Young joined Water Cool Group two years ago. Earlier he was CEO at WPP's Mindshare North America and before that was CEO at Publicis Groupe's Optimedia USA.
