Perfect Fools Lands Creative Duties For Zound Headphones

Creative shop Perfect Fools has been named global creative partner for Zound Industries, maker of Urbanears, Coloud, and Marshall headphones. The Stockholm-based agency will be responsible for digital strategy, social media and experiential campaigns. The first project will launch in May.

This account announcement represents a new direction for the electronics brand which previously worked with a number of different agencies.

Now, Zound hopes Perfect Fools can help turn the Sweden-based company into a "lifestyle" brand with projects that promote the Marshall, Urbanears and Coloud brands individually.

“Headphones and speakers can be so much more than a way to listen to music, they are fashion and lifestyle accessories," stated Sofia Hjelm, brand manager Urbanears and Coloud. "Perfect Fools has a track record of connecting brands with audiences in innovative ways. Together, we will help music fans express their individuality.”

Since the company launched in 2008, Zound has sold over 12 million products and is available at over 20,000 locations globally, including Apple, Best Buy, HMV, Target, Urban Outfitters, Colette, FNAC, Media Markt, Telia, Deutsche Telecom, Orange and Tesco.
