The Email Learning Curve For Generation Z

While teenagers would never use email to communicate with friends, these text-savvy digital natives are having to learn how to use email in order to apply for higher education and jobs. Still it is a challenge. According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, these kids are making basic email mistakes like 'reply all' fails or sending multiple responses to an email instead of one thought out response. According to a report from a USC Yahoo study, teens were the fastest to respond to emails and sent the shortest messages.
